By joining our team in OTE POC Technical safety you will have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a dedicated team of technical safety engineers who provide technical safety support to more than 30 offshore installations in Norway and internationally.
- Evaluate and follow up the integrity of technical safety barriers, systems and equipment on our plants.
- Use your discipline expertise to solve challenges across our installations and improve economy of scale by contributing to standardized solutions.
- Support, challenge, and follow-up modification projects to improve safety, performance and quality in a cost- effective way.
- Prepare new projects for operation.
- Contribute to competence building, continuous improvements and best practices within technical safety.

- Bachelor or Master degree within the field of technical safety, or in another relevant technical discipline. Relevant experience in technical safety may compensate for formal qualifications.
- 3-10 years relevant work experience within technical integrity, maintenance or project support.
- Ability to identify, communicate, and manage risk.
- Ability to communicate requirements and show direction towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player with a global mindset.
- High ethical standards, and ability to live by our safety and security expectations.
- Good written and communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
