Description:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
A self-motivated person experienced in engineered/manufactured process systems as well as the ability to plan, multitask, and have attention to detail. A candidate who exhibits effective communication skills for dealing directly with customers daily and work well within a team of multi-national co-workers.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Proven experience in engineered/manufactured processes.
- Attention to detail in preparing technical proposals.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Comprehension of engineering drawings such as P&ID’s.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office 365 and CRM tools.
- Established relevant network in North America.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients in the United States of America, through communication channels such as phone, email, MS Teams, and customer visits.
- Routinely communicate progress with Sales Manager.
- Build bill of materials for a variety of Imenco’s manufactured aviation, process, & automation systems.
- Prepare technical proposals and proactively follow up.
- Offer proposals for aftermarket services such as inspections and spare parts.
- Create presentations relevant to specific products alongside the marketing team.
- International and local travel will be required from time to time to cover the full territory.
- Ensure KPI’s and sales targets are met.
