Responsibilities:

  • Research of customers’ needs, technical advice and support in the development of the laser concept and support during the project phase
  • Visit customers and potential customers to develop relationship, follow up on leads, close sales opportunities and provide technical information. Attendance of trade fairs, shows and conferences.
  • New customer acquisition
  • Provide feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing, and marketing opportunities
