Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing offer and tender processes for medium to large scale microgrid and on-grid applications
  • Technical and commercial review of complex enquiries and tenders for hybrid power generation systems including battery storage, photovoltaics, wind turbines, hydrogen solutions and diesel generators at low and medium voltage level
  • Preparation of complex tenders and assumption of responsibility for the entire submission process up to contract conclusion
  • Developing technical solutions based on RRSB products and services as well as external products and services
  • High level of interaction with internal teams, particularly sales, technical/software, and external suppliers and partners
  • Highly structured approach and project management skills to meet demanding timelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of practical experience in electrical systems engineering (low or medium voltage level), off-grid applications, power generation, or similar
  • Bachelor/master’s in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or similar
  • Very good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Project, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel
  • Knowledge of renewable or conventional power plants or grid connection
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems and SCADA/control systems are a plus
  • Passionate for bringing together various teams and disciplines, and coordinating their efforts
  • Willingness to travel internationally from base in Berlin (<20%)
  • Fluent in English. German and other languages are a plus
