Description:
We are looking for a
Responsibilities:
- Promoting process automation and digital solutions within internal and external OEM businesses
- Engaging customers through technical-commercial presentations, elaborating technical specifications, working on tailored business models as necessary and ensuring proper follow-up
- Collaborating with the Service department in sales activities as well as support business development for process automation and digital products
- Conducting customer visits globally, as needed
- Working closely with Technical Product Managers to draft technical specifications, estimate costs, support commercial offers preparation with the Commercial Manager and sales team
- Periodically reviewing our installed base at client sites to collect data on performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Managing customer interactions and coordinating with global entities throughout the sales, execution, and follow-up stages of process automation projects.
