Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for territory Budget, Sales and Margins globally
- Definition and development of the territory business development plan based upon internal product development, market trends and overall company strategy
- Monitoring of pricing deviations and policies, and supporting analysis of market information and competitor’s activities
- Analysing competition’s product and cost structures for the definition of strategic advantages looking to increase sales and market penetration
- Providing regular sales forecast to ensure accurate production planning information
- Driving and supporting Armacells’ continuous improvement program
