What role will you play?
In this role, you will be partnering with business stakeholders to ensure that the long-term strategies and vision are defined as measurable goals and documented in a product roadmap, with a prioritised backlog, and product domain clearly understood by the team and platform owners. Your role will include performing effort estimation, forecasting and assist the leadership team to make informed decision on capacity and resource management , as well as orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of the business outcome working across platforms, platform teams, and or vendors, together with key stakeholders. This will provide the opportunity to operate cross-domain. You will also be running all delivery ceremonies and agile rituals including: sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, showcases, retrospectives, tracking velocity and key results against objectives and other activities.

What you offer

• Experience as a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with a technology or engineering background, working closely with product owners and engineers
• Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
• Experience delivering complex projects working across multiple streams, multiple regions, with diverse stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
