Job Description
CIMA+ is looking for a Technical Senior Project Manager to work in the rising multibillion-dollar business of transportation electrification across Canada. The Senior Project Manager will work alongside transit clients and fleet operators to lead projects in transition to electric transportation. Transport Electrification projects are an innovative business that involve upgrading garages and facilities to accommodate zero-emission vehicles, charging systems, and electrical capacity enhancements. The complexity in this discipline arises from installing new electrical systems that will disrupt critical operations during construction, addressing fire safety design with limited direction from building codes, and incorporating resilient systems for reliable electricity distribution during outages.
The Technical Senior Project Manager’s role centers on coordinating a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians, and architects to design garage retrofits and oversee new construction for the adoption of zero-emission vehicles.
Our hybrid work model accommodates flexible work hours, and the position can be based out of any of our six Ontario offices: Toronto-Mississauga, Burlington, Bowmanville, Kitchener, Ottawa, or London.
