Responsibilities:

As a Technical Service Advisor for Decorative segment, you will be responsible to maintain quality service of our product application through field inspection and ensuring the right product selection and correct usage of the finished coating in order to achieve the performance promised in Jotun’s technical data sheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and train applicators on the proper application of paints to ensure painting work is carried out according to specifications and procedures.
  • Provide onsite testing according to specifications to ensure the quality of the finish achieves the requirement.
  • Liaise with Sales Executives on product deliveries and other matters, which require the service of the Site supervisor to ensure the right amount of product available before painting.
  • Analyse product complaints and coordinate with Quality Control Lab, Production, etc., to take appropriate steps to avoid repeating similar complaints.
  • Record and prepare various site inspection reports.
  • Jobs concerning warranties, establish and verify adherence to all site application and inspection conditions outlined in the warranty agreements.
