about the job

• Managing the automotive maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met
• Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost
• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Conduct technical training
• Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
• Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures
• Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations

skills & experience required

• Master / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
• Min 8 years of technical experience in motor vehicle maintenance & repair
• Managed service / technician previously
• Able to deliver top notch customer delivery & satisfcation
• Working in motor vehicle retailer repair operations environment
