TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT:

Manage Technical Department
Ensure high level of support to clients: Counter support, Telephonic support , Site support, Repairs
Testing and R&D
Solution Testing
Internal Systems Support
Manage operational availability of all internal systems
Internal systems: ICT, CCTV, AC, Alarms, Solar Backup Power Systems

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND SOLUTIONS:

Product Specialist on allsecurity products
Design of Security Solutions
Competent Sales Engineers
B Degree or equivalent in electronic engineering or computer science
Certificate in business management and administration
10 to 15 years work experience as Tech Service Manager
Management experience of Technical Services
Management experience of Training Academy
Management experienceof Internal Technical Systems
Security Product Knowledge
Design of Security Solutions
More than 10 Year
