Your tasks:

• You are the contact person for the customer and service staff
• You will provide support for technical problems and product-specific inquiries
• You plan the assignments of service technicians
• You take over the spare parts management
• You carry out coordination with the specialist departments
• You observe the market, determine the demand and actively sell service products in cooperation with After Sales Service and Sales

Your profil:

• Your completed technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
• Your professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
• Your technical affinity and tact in dealing with customers
• Your readiness for 24/7 shift
• Your experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage
• Your good written and spoken German and English skills and your strong communication skills
• Your independent and responsible way of working
• Your high technical understanding
