Job Introduction Sodexo is seeking a Technical Services Manager to provide unparalleled technical leadership and operational excellence within our Facilities Management team at prestigious client locations. What you’ll do:

  • Lead the delivery of Technical Services, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with statutory maintenance, and adherence to SLAs for both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Drive team performance, offering hands-on leadership to enhance service delivery, reduce subcontractor dependency, and upskill the team.
  • Engage in strategic client conversations to advocate for engineering excellence and future-proofing estate management.
  • Ensure 100% uptime of critical assets, maintaining compliance with all Sodexo and client-specific health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) policies.
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance to the engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, technical problem-solving, and innovation.

What you bring:

  • Extensive experience in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering within prestigious environments, supported by ONC/HNC or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in motivating teams under pressure and driving first-time fix solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering compliance, health and safety standards, and best practices, including the 18th Edition qualification.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills, with a self-motivated and resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in IT and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, with Maximo experience being highly desirable.
