We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant with a passion for understanding data and various data models, problem-solving, and want to create value for B2B customers.

YOUR ROLE & DAILY TASKS
In this role you will join the Technical Solution Delivery team whose primary goal is to deliver sustainable solutions with the Good Sign software to ensure data-driven pricing and billing automation for B2B customers. As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will have the opportunity to design and implement scalable solutions for customers’ service business. After receiving comprehensive training on the Good Sign software product and its database structure, you will utilize your expertise in implementing technical solutions for customers and contribute to the product’s further development.
Your tasks will include interpreting customers’ technical solution requirements against their existing databases and available data (structure and content), identify potential gaps between the solution requirements and available data and propose ways to close these gaps.. You will work on data architecture and data modelling, investigate data sets, create and execute SQL queries/procedures, and configure Good Sign SW resulting in data-driven billing automation solutions meeting the customer requirements. . Additionally, you will create various value-adding reports in Good Sign platform tailored to customers’ needs or help customer get data from Good Sign to their own BI and Analytics solutions. In addition to these tasks around new customer solution implementation, you will assist technical support specialists in resolving incidents and delivering changes for Customer Solutions in continues service stage. You will have the opportunity to propose new product features for product development. The Good Sign product is built on Microsoft SQL and Windows Server. In your work, you will use the following tools: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Postman, and naturally Good Sign SW.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Relevant educational background (e.g., in computer science, programming, or data modeling)
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant role, including technical roles in supporting and developing enterprise solutions such as ERP and Financial systems.
- Understanding of core business processes and information systems in B2B service business.
- Experience in SQL Server and you like to use them in problem solving and developing innovative solutions. Specialty knowledge of SQL databases, ERP, or business intelligence tools will be regarded as benefits.

- Passion for understanding data and various data models, problem-solving, and want to create value for B2B customers through data-driven automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ideally you have experience of solutions for order-to-invoice processes.

This is a full-time and permanent position. As part of our hybrid model, you can work remotely or join us in our offices in Helsinki or Tampere. However, there might be times when working at the office or at customer sites is necessary.
