We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Technical Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will wear multiple hats, serving as a bridge between our customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for providing expert consulting services while also overseeing and managing customer projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to ensure successful software implementation and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a structured and systematic approach to your work while possessing outstanding interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you should be adept at leading discussions with customers regarding their development needs, providing software product solution consultancy and effectively planning and coordinating internal development efforts.

• Technical requirement analysis
• Charging hardware testing and troubleshooting
• Building and maintaining an expert knowledge of the technical solutions
• Collaborate with the Professional Services team members on customer projects
• Customer consultations, understanding their needs and providing guidance which aligns with Virta’s product strategy
• Develop and execute project plans
• Gather requirements and design tailored solutions that meet customer needs
• Manage stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables
