Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree holder with at least 10 years experience, out of which, experience in one or more MODEC departments for 5 years
Familiarity with MODEC business and departments
Results Driven (Exceed targets, Win 3)
Ownership (Take accountability, Make Timely decisions, Clear communication)

Responsibilities:
Strategic planning / decisions for Associate Engineers programme
To assist head of Academy to decide on number of Engineers and budget for AE programme according to the business direction / needs
Design the Associate Engineer Programme
To assist head of Academy to design the programme and plan the whole programme with the help of business
Strategic association with TA Group in recruitment
To assist head of Academy to jointly develop the recruitment process and steps involved and execute the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition
Execute the Associate Engineer Programme
To assist head of Academy to execute the whole programme according to design with the help of Academy team and business. This include the evaluation of Associate Engineers and the feedbacks
Develop the Competency Framework
To assist head of Academy to develop the Competency for business and its critical positions
Develop the workforce by designing the training programme
To assist head of Academy to develop / improve the capabilities of the wokforce by tailor made training design in competencies (functional, cross-functional, managerial and leadership)
Develop R&D, new technology adoption capabilities
To assist head of Academy to work with business to develop R&D, new technology adoption and process improvement capabilities
Manage Academy team and its volunteers
To assist head of Academy to manage the entire team to bring out the best output including suceession planning for the roles in the academy
