As a Technical Specialist, you are required to,

• Work closely with the sales team to grasp customer requirements and devise tailored solutions that align with those needs.
• Offer technical knowledge and assistance at every stage of the sales journey, encompassing product showcases, technical talks, and customer discussions.
• Offer guidance and assistance to members of the sales team through training sessions and ongoing support.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to gain a comprehensive grasp of the capabilities and constraints of the product.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the technical specialist manager and working with a team of technical specialist.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the Molecular Biology or similar field with 2 years of experience in research focusing on NGS.
Capability to comprehend intricate technical ideas and articulate them clearly and succinctly.
Proficiency in Korean is required for effective communication with Korean stakeholders and customers from Korea.
