TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - XRD & XRF
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Core Facilities Team at Manchester Metropolitan University as an XRD and XRF Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Working in the analytical core facility supporting education and funded research alongside commercial activities.
- Responsible for the delivery and future direction of XRD and XRF techniques.
Duties will include;
- Developing partnerships with external agencies and engaging in collaborative projects.
- To identify and assess the usefulness and to lead the introduction of new techniques.
- Method development, troubleshooting, maintenance, QC, health and safety and administration will also feature in this role.
