Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Technical Sub-Contract Follow-up 26314.
Job responsibilities:
– Act as the link between company subcontractor and company client in all technical aspects
– Assist Project appointed Subcontract Coordinator
– Coordinate customer’s digital interface requirements towards subcontractor
– Client and subcontractor technical point of contact for all matters related to the subcontracted sow
– Prepare technical scope of work documents and relevant appendices and specifications
– Review subcontract tender documents
– Handle technical clarification log
– Participate in bid clarification process
– Gap analysis between client sow and subcontractor sow
– Ensure company fulfils all its technical obligations towards the subcontractor to right quality and time (eg. Transmittal of Drw.’s, MTO’s and other document types).
– In subcontracts where materials are involved, oversee material logistics between nymo and subcontractor sites. Point of Contact for MMT, MRR, OS&D
o Where gaps in sow exist ensure bridging work is incorporated in company’s internal execution plans
o Follow up bridging work is timely carried out and issued
– Follow up subcontractors plans for engineering and fabrication documentation (SMDL)
– Follow-up and approval of subcontractor project documentation
– Follow subcontractors fulfilment of technical scope throughout the contract period
– Establish and follow-up changes related to subcontracted scope of work, and assist subcontract managers with VO/VOR process
– QC/MC activities
– Report and or verify subcontractors technical progress.
Reporting requirement – Corporate:
– Additional resources needed in the projects
– Report project status and issues
Reporting requirement – Project
– Reporting in Project Systems & Meetings
– Reporting according to contract requirements
– Report experiences to lesson learned report.
Your experience and qualifications:
– Technical education: B.Sc. level or equivalent skills/experience.
– Good writing and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
– Must acquire and endorse company’s policy, vision, and leadership.
– Experience from similar field of Industry.
Job Specifications:
