Description:
As a supervisor focusing on a team with a strong requirement in quality control investigation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards of our products within strict GMP facilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause investigations to address quality concerns systematically. This will involve investigating major deviations, customer complaints, incidents, repeat incidents, defects, and out-of-specification results in the QC process.
The successful candidate will come from a strong background in QA/QC processes, GMP accredited labratories and present the ability to lead a small-medium size team along strict deadlines and a busy environment requiring cross collaboration and strong communication.
This opportunity is an initial contract until June 30, 2024 with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause investigations for quality concern issues in GMP facilities.
- Investigate major deviations, customer complaints, incidents, repeat incidents, defects, and out-of-specification results.
- Work methodically to identify and address quality concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Document investigation findings and communicate results effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in conducting root cause investigations within GMP facilities.
- Experience in NATA accredited labs is also highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality excellence.
- The ability to navigate and oversee a team with accuracy.
