BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE
- Software development (C# and C++)
- 3D LiDAR sensors
- RTK GPS systems
- Previous exposure to industrial environments, such as steel mills, mines, and ports
- Knowledge of bulk handling equipment
- Previous exposure to PLCs (Rockwell, GE, Schneider, Siemens). No actual programming required
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- German language skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to bulk material handling equipment, such as shiploaders, stackers, and reclaimers
- Analyse both ASCII and binary log data in order to identify faults and anomalies
- Commission new equipment and systems, ensuring that they are installed and operated correctly and safely
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure its optimal performance and to avoid unplanned downtime
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services required for maintenance and repairs
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and systems
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activities
- Provide regular reports to management on the performance and status of equipment and systems
