• Performing technical trainings for customers and Gates associates, leveraging latest communication technologies, and supporting Sales team during fairs and exhibitions.
• Handling directly, in a clear, structured and documented manner, customer and Sales Manager technical inquiries.
• Contacting and visiting installers to respond to installation issues and warranty claims.
• As part of the Technical Support Team, participating in the creation of technical articles, 3D/installation videos, solutions to technical issues and the maintenance of a technical library
• Producing high quality answers and technical articles, which meet or exceed customer expectations and translating it into training content thanks to the close collaboration with our commercial teams
• Providing regular feedback to Business Development personnel on critical applications and technical trends, and proposes solutions
