Description:
As a valued member of the warranty administration team, you will work with the Service Teams of dealerships to obtain approvals and resolve warranty claims. You will be the liaison with technicians, service advisors and service managers at dealerships and manufacturers to ensure all necessary information to provide for each claim, including photos, documentation, estimates, technician notes, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian (Level C1) and proficient in English (Level B2)
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year in roles related to parts, service desk, or warranty departments within a dealership, or experience as a junior service technician, or in parts sales with fundamental technical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, showing self-motivation and initiative while requiring minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution within the warranty context
Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate warranty service requests in accordance with established procedures and guidelines (about 20% of the tasks will include phone calls)
- Efficiently coordinate repair processes for approved warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Oversee and maintain organized record-keeping systems for warranty-related documentation and transactions
- Act as a pivotal link between authorized dealers and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), facilitating smooth communication and resolution of warranty-related matters
- Escalate issues and problems to Engineering as necessary; track and follow up to ensure they are addressed and closed within a reasonable time
