About the role
Are you looking for a job with customer contact and a variety of tasks? Then the role of Technical Support Consultant could be just right for you.
“Miles” is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front-, mid- and back-office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer’s needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary unit responsible for delivering solutions to customers. The project teams within the units are dedicated to new implementations of Miles” and accompany the customer until go-live and through the hyper-care phase. You will then take over as part of the support team.
