Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assist with the documentation of the parts
- Participate in the modification and updating of the drawings and documentation
- Remote troubleshooting. Be a part of 24/ 7 if needed
- Technical support for customers and Offshore Service personnel for spare parts and service inquiries
- Support engineering projects, find solutions for customers, parts and documentation, participate in FAT
- Support the sales of spare parts, setup Memory cards, PC, PLC
- Participate in Design review and other activities with reference to PEM
- Support the Technical documentation team in creating technical instructions
- Update ERP, drawing, document systems according to our standards.
