Description:

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Relevant Industrial Training Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • BOSIET Certification
  • 2-3 years of related experience within the OCTG industry
  • Have Product Knowledge, Quality Knowledge and CNC Programming
  • Have Manufacturing, Inspection and Gauging of company and API Connection

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field service activities in line with the company’s activity schedule, Rig safety, security standards and ensure the standard and quality of service.
  • Perform service of VTI or dimensional inspection in the field
  • Develop, plan and coordinate all activities involving field services to exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish and implement operating procedures for field running.
  • Ensure timely assessments (customer’s satisfaction survey) upon completion of each Field service assignment.
  • Develop field service training materials and conduct in house training.
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers
  • Conduct training on Field running of Hunting products.
  • Investigate, analyze and provide corrections, corrective and preventive actions or resolutions should any problems or issues in field.
  • Torque turn graph analysis and recommend opportunity for improvement.
  • Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
  • Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.
  • In addition to these duties/responsibilities employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
