For our team in Zellik (BE) we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

YOUR TASKS ARE

  • You will deal with technical questions and inquiries in Dutch/French and English (1st and 2nd level support). To support the Support Desk team, Field Service Technicians, service partners, dealers and end users.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that our customers’ cash management systems function technically flawlessly. Perform error diagnoses and define or recommend remedial actions.
  • You carry out training for our service technicians and external partners.
  • You document the services and create system-related service information.
  • You provide support for projects.
