Randstad Digital is partnering with an innovative leader in the Data Centre & Cyber Security solutions field. With origins in Brisbane, our client focuses on serving businesses worldwide with data security infrastructure solutions along with professional service needs in data centers and cyber secuirty.
We are seeking cross-functional technical specialists that have a strong ability to deliver customer-centric solutions that align with specific needs. Combining strong client facing skills, you will bring a blend of experience across Data Centre maintenance, network configuration and Cyber Security to deliver across small, medium and large-scale clients.

Responsibilities:

Service Desk:

  • Provide first line technical support to internal and external customers, resolving hardware and software problems within the agreed SLA’s
  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • Ensure all tickets are recorded within the ITSM tool and all information relating to incidents, service requests or changes is up to date.
  • Analyse call tickets/requests to detect common trends and underlying problems

Sys Admin:

Install and configure computer hardware, network, and applications.

  • Setup new user accounts and profiles and manage password issues.
  • Administer Microsoft O365, AD and Desktop operating systems (Windows 10, 11)
  • Configuration Changes – File Share, permissions

Infrastructure & Network Support Administration:

Provide support, maintenance and installation of network and communication infrastructure including but not limited to;

  • Routers and Switches
  • Servers/HSM’s
  • Cabling
  • Communications (Voice & Data)
  • Storage (inc NAS)
  • System Backups
  • Patching
  • Configuration of VLANS, Basic Network Configuration
  • PayG8

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements

Experience:

  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a managed services environment
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Active Directory and File Servers
  • Experience in managing multi-tenant Office 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of Network and Servers hardware
  • Experience configuring FortiGate Firewalls and network switches
