QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with network switch configuration and protocols.
  • Experience setting up and configuring door access systems and CCTV systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network switches, door access systems, and CCTV systems.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers as needed, including system setup and configuration.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in security systems technology.
