Description:
3. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audio technology and products.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
5. TRAINING AND EDUCATION:
- Conduct training sessions for staff for both retail and wholesales, export distributors/importers (online and onsite), and customers (retail and wholesales) on the proper use of audio equipment.
- Provide internal and external training on new products and support procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications
- 3-5 years’ experience in Live Sound mixing, preferably on Loudspeaker System & Digital
Mixing Console - Able to provide technical support in Pre & Post Sales Activities (Vertical & Horizontal Sales
Environment) - Knowledge in Yamaha Professional audio products will be an added advantag
Responsibilities:

To provide technical expertise and know-how of the products and to keep up to date technical
information of digital PA products for Singapore & Overseas Markets.
