Description:
As a Technical Support Agent, you’ll play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand. Your main responsibilities will include investigating complex cases, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Agent will include:
- Addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.
- Conducting thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyzing data, and identifying root causes for appropriate solutions.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
- Making informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Requirements
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success in this role:
- Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
- Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
