Description:

Are you an experienced Technical Support Leader looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have experience of managing ITIL manged services and implementing service improvements? If so, then we may have the perfect role for you!
This is a technical support, a customer service, and a leadership role with a strong commitment to a happy team and an unwavering commitment to improving how we deliver IT services to Bromford colleagues.
The Technical Support Leader will be instrumental in ensuring the prompt resolution of technical issues, fostering a colleague-centric culture, and contributing to the overall success of our IT support services working alongside our colleagues and C suite executives and a strong focus on improving colleagues’ experience.
You will need to have good technical knowledge in a 2nd or 3rd line IT support capacity across the Microsoft stacks, are qualified in ITIL, and have developed excellent people centric leadership skills.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is known as a ‘roaming’ position. This means you can be located at any of our offices in Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury, Lichfield or Chipping Sodbury and your working week will be split between working in the office and home. (2 – 3 days working in the office). Due to the nature of travel, we will provide a company car or cash allowance alternative, therefore, it is essential that you have a Full UK Driving licence in order to be considered for this position.
This role will also be subject to a Basic DBS check.
