Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer application processes are successfully managed in line with legislation.
  • Assist with the monitoring and compliance of Council Bylaws, including parking, freedom camping and animal control.
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the wider Compliance and Monitoring team.
  • Review all Compliance Service Requests in a timely manner
