We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team in the medical devices industry. As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to customers who use our medical devices.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing product information and guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to identify and resolve their technical concerns.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role in the medical devices industry
- Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers who use our medical devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
