ABOUT US:

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Penske’s service teams, OEMs and end customers in the Marine & Defence market within Australia, NZ and surrounding island territories within Penske’s area of distribution
- Provide troubleshooting support to Penske technicians
- Advise the Defence Programmes Group (DPG) on technical content of locally compiled documentation to facilitate content review and updating
- Assist with review of configuration management of the installed base of Defence products
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and OEMs, and key supplier management and staff, to facilitate technical support
- Work internally with DPG, Parts, Service and Branch Managers with regard to support issues and elevate appropriately within the technical support team
- Work within the technical support team on failure analysis
