KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 4 years IT experience, preferably some experience being in an onsite desktop support role.
  • Strong experience in common business applications, especially Microsoft Office suite of products including Office365
  • Knowledge/experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Willingness to work from the Customers site 5 days a week.
  • Willingness to work different shifts within business hours (8am - 6pm)
  • Willingness to do occasional after-hours work.
  • Strong Interpersonal and soft skills
  • Experience as a people leader, or willingness to learn and attend Brennan Leader training.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be managing a small team, working together to provide exceptional IT support for one of our tier 1 clients. The role requires a reasonable degree of technical skill across a broad range of areas in IT infrastructure, especially desktop support and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
It is a challenging role, that requires a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, disciplined, ethical and results oriented. They must be able to work unsupervised and on their own initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • People management for a small team of Managed Services Consultants
  • Technical support up to a level 2 standard
  • Working with the client to ensure the team’s priorities are aligned with their business objectives
  • Ensuring SLA’s are achieved across the team
  • Maintain a high level of NPS results, measured through both Transactional NPS and Pulse NPS.
  • Be an ambassador for Brennan, both to your team and to the client
  • Any other task/ duties aligned with your role or in support of your team as advised by your leader.
