Your contribution within the team
Our fully integrated and ambitious Data and Analytics team creates actionable insights from data for all teams and the management to empower them to make data-driven decisions, with smartly designed reports, data visualizations, and a further definition of effective performance metrics. In your role, you will play the driving role in building out the customer data platform, which will be the backbone of the marketing data infrastructure and a driver of data-driven growth. For that, you engage with different teams throughout the organization and the senior leadership. You’ll have a high degree of responsibility, shaping the analytics landscape and having an impact with your work on all departments and the entire company

What Type of Workout You Can Expect

• Design and re-boot our Event Tracking on Apps and Web with Google Analytics 4
• Working with BI, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams with gathering needs, design, tracking strategy, and implementation
• Communicating technical MarTech and tracking topics to non-technical stakeholders and documenting work

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Computer science or business related degree
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and Firebase as well the underlying data structures
• Deep understanding of tracking methods and tools on both App and Web.
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus, working experience with DBT and App development/debugging will be also very beneficial for your success
• Self-management skills, ability to work with analysts and communicate status reports and updates cross-functionally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset together with a hands-on-mentality
• Fluent English, German is a plus.
