Responsibilities:
- Co-designing OSD Technical Competency and Training Strategy, Programs of Work, and continuous improvement activities.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather technical workplace task requirements.
- Validating and review existing technical business documents for accuracy and relevance.
- Assisting in identifying and filling gaps in technical document content.
- Developing and curating training resources, including manuals, presentations, and supplementary materials.
- Contributing to job-task analysis workshops, Technical Competency Matrix development, and technical training strategy design
