We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Technical Writer.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience as a user assistance developer / technical writer.
• Ability to cope with fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
• Ability to learn and document new technologies.
• Ability to understand source code (i.e. ABAP and JavaScript).
• ADVANCED ENGLISH is a must

Location: CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey. Hybrid mode

Key Responsibilities

• Write technical documentation, including overviews, how-to guides, user guides and API references.
• Organize existing documents, identify documentation gaps and drive new projects, keeping a focus on customer needs.
• Define documentation requirements and work with engineers to create and update internal and external documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Edit, clarify and enhance documents written by engineers.
