- Completed education or qualification as assistant technical communicator,technical writer or technical editor, or equivalent
- None or limited professional experience in technical writing
- Independent command of the English language (GER-B2)*
- Experience in desktop publishing, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of xml-based editing systems
- Knowledge of graphics software such as CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop
- Very good knowledge of the orthography and grammar of the German language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies :
- Quality-focused, trustworthy and reliable
- Willingness to travel to all company sites and visit business contacts
- Completed education or qualification as assistant technical communicator,

- Project-related tasks:
- Design and creation of labels and label overviews for devices and accessories
- Revision of user manuals, brief instructions, and service instructions in required languages
- Archiving of documents in paper and digital versions
- Coordination of required information units for revision and creation of technical information for use
- Creating graphics and product images
- General tasks within the team:
- Managing enquiries and general tasks in the Technical Writing department
- General tasks:
- Active participation in innovation processes
- Strict adherence to quality, EHS and work instructions; implementation of instructions by quality/environmental management officers and occupational safety specialist
