Technical Writer

Our finance client is looking for three talented Technical Writers for a remote contract of 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidates will have experience in financial services along with prolific technical writing skills. The main duties will include creating and writing various types of user documentation including how-to guides, references, manuals, and instructions.

• Develop comprehensive, clear and concise technical playbooks, procedures, and manuals for financial products and processes
• Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve technical documents, ensure they meet their requirements and are easy to understand
• Collaborate closely with the technology team, financial analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and precise documentation
• Proofread and revise existing content ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurately reflects changes to the systems and/or processes.
  Technical Writing experience
  Proficient in writing technical procedures and playbooks
