  Role:
  Our client is in the process of strategizing a business-led ‘transformation and uplift’ program from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the
• department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
• Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information
• into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
• Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and
• design specifications
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet
• specified standards.
