  Our client is a well-established dealership that is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Shepparton, Victora. This role will suit a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment. Likewise, this is a great opportunity to join a high performing, professional team with multiple brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, or equivalent, and sufficient workplace experience to have deemed competent in a Light Vehicle Technician’s apprenticeship
• Current and valid Victorian driver licence required
• Ability to drive manual transmission desirable

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in automotive repair and diagnostic techniques
• Application of vehicle, part & product knowledge to problem solve for various mechanical issues.
• Experience working efficiently and professionally in a team environment
• Familiarity with the use of basic computer systems a benefit

SKILLS:

• Strong verbal & written communication skills;
• Detailed oriented approach to tasks
• Effective time and task management skills
• Thorough awareness, and application of, safe workplace practices.
• A highly motivated, self-starter
