TECHNICIAN

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM , Sijil Kemahiran, technical certs , NITEC, Higher ITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Engineering/ Maintenance field
• Able to work on shift duty including weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently with less supervision
• Able to work under pressure condition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and computer literacy preferred
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice

• Conduct regular checking / inspection to ensure buildings are always maintained to a good condition
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on M&E services & installation for the building, which includes but not limited to general handyman work in fitting, installation, electrical wiring, plumbing, painter, carpentry and etc.
• Supervision of conservancy / building and ensure that all maintenance & repair works carried out by term contractors are properly done / complete on time
• Responsible for client’s satisfaction, attend to and investigate any complaint on maintenance and service works
• Assisting the client’s Management Team in emergency control where situation arise
• Perform QC checking.
