JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all related equipment in a timely and cost effective manner
• Responsible organize and plan day-day operations of the building facilities. Assist in day-day operations of the building facilities and to conduct routine inspections of building and equipments.
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services and monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth operations and effective management of fire safety the building.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building and facilities regulations for workplace safety and fire safety.
• Work closely, coordinate and supervise service providers/contractors to ensure contracted works are done satisfactorily.
• Must be a graduate of at least 2 year vocational course in Air conditioning and electrical installation
• Must be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of air-conditioning equipment
• Must be responsible for simple electrical installation

MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Electrical and Air conditioning certificate
