JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
“Carry out preventive maintenance on the below list and carry out the minor corrective maintenance when discovered during preventive maintenance “
- Replace Alternator Belt
- Grease Battery tray and terminals
- Measure brake Disc 1,2,3 & 4 Thickness and replace if necessary
- Drain Air tanks
- Replace Air Dryer Cartridge
- Steering Idler Arm Lubrication
- Lubricate non-Maintenance free steering Swivel pin mount (If lubricating Nipple is fitted)
- Change Rear Axle oil and check Level
- Change Coolant, Drain/Flush Out old Coolant
- Change Engine oil and check Level(Manufacturer-Approved oil only)
- Change Engine Oil Filter
- Replace Air Filter Element
- Replace Coolant Pump Belt
- Perform Engine Tappet Adjustment /Valve Clearance Replace cylinder Head Gaskets
- Change Hydraulic Oil & Oil Filter
- Replace water separator Filter
- Replace Steering Oil Filter
- Change transmission oil and check level
- Change transmission oil Filter
