Technician, Facility Management

Responsibilities:

• ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and

complaints

• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical

services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
• Working experience preferred: ACMV, BMS system, Electrical, Fire Protection System
• Candidates with no experience welcome to apply (on Job Training)

Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer‐centric skills

Remunerations:

• Basic salary: $2200-$3000 (depending on relevant working experience) 1 – 3 years about S$2.5k
• Mobile Allowance: $30 ($40 for Senior Technician)
• Working hours: 3 rotating shifts (5.5 working days which means every 2 weeks get 3 rest days)

a. Morning – 7am/7.30am to 4pm/4.30pm
b. Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm

c. Night – 1.30pm to 7.30am

• Entitled to OT (as and when required)
• Annual leave: 8days, additional 1 day every year, capped at 14 days
• AWS (Dec every year) and Variable Bonus (Apr every year, depending on individual performance)
