Summary
We are looking for a “Technician for laboratory activities for self-protection systems (f/m/d)” for the “Airborne Self-Protection Engineering” department at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The “Airborne Self-Protection Engineering” department is responsible for the development of systems for the self-protection of aircraft. This covers the entire life cycle of the products from the offer phase to the development of demonstrators / prototypes, product and series development as well as series support and necessary adaptation developments. The product range includes a modular self-protection system consisting of various sensors and effectors, as well as a central processing unit.

Your Tasks

  • Carry out measurement series on the system in the laboratory and analyze errors if necessary
  • Support with the acceptance of the system
  • Detailed elaboration and integration of components (products of comparable complexity) according to the specifications of the specialist development department
  • Selecting and testing parts/components, taking into account functional and installation aspects in the test cabinet
  • Creating development documents such as parts lists, circuit diagrams, layouts, test documents

Your Profile

  • State-certified technician specializing in mechatronics or comparable
  • Experience in the diagnosis and fault analysis of complex systems
  • Experience in the measurement and evaluation of various data bus systems
  • Experience in the design and production of cable harnesses
  • Experience in carrying out tests on components in systems
  • Basic knowledge of Mathlab, design, programming (C or Python)
  • Knowledge in the evaluation of circuit diagrams
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Basic knowledge of German and business fluent English skills
