We are currently seeking a Technician II to work onsite at our plant in Tempe, AZ supporting the Battery Process Engineering team.

MUST HAVE – MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years related technical experience

• Sustain, characterize, and qualify metal finishing processes/equipment. (Must have demonstratable skills and knowledge of: grind/polish/cleaning equipment/processes.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve metal finishing equipment/process issues
• Perform replacement, dress and conditioning of grind/polish wheels
• Perform fixture preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform equipment qualification (installation/qualification), test method validation, and documentation updates
• Meet operational attainment of Safety, Quality, and Service goals.
• Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations.
• Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of projects
