QUALIFICATIONS
- Trade certificate in plumbing, gas fitting or electrical
- Experience in water treatment system installation, maintenance and repair
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Eligible to go through a security clearance if you currently don’t have one
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced service technician to join our team in New South Wales (based in the Newcastle/Central Coast area). The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of Billi premium instant filtered water systems.
You’ll be part of a team delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, supported by colleges driven to see the whole team succeed.

- Install, maintain and repair Billi systems
- Provide customer service and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
